Comments: Road restrictions for the Lost River and Beltrami Island State Forest Roads will coincide with state restrictions effective 12:01 am Monday morning March 11. Gates will be closed to some secondary roads starting on Friday March 8. If you have any questions feel free to call the local DNR forestry office. Recent snows and rains have many roads snow packed and ice covered. Wet heavy snows have caused brush and small trees to bend over onto road surfaces. Parkway, Thompson, Winner, N. Roosevelt, River and Butterfield roads are plowed.
