Water Resource Enforcement Officers

WREO Jeff Humphrey (NE) continued to review new and ongoing wetland and waters cases. He consulted with several officers, local government unit, soil and water conservation district and Ecological and Water Resources staff, and area hydrologists on pending cases. A court hearing was held on a contested wetland case in Itasca County. Humphrey completed online Division training.

WREO Joe Stattelman (NW) spent the week checking anglers, AIS compliance, lake service provider activity and fish in the Becker and Otter Tail County areas. Updates on cases were entered.

WREO Dustie Speldrich (North Metro) worked on updating ongoing WCA cases and reviewed restoration orders. Questions were answered regarding AIS and Lake Service Providers.
